In collaboration with DCWeek*, the Digital Inclusion Initiative at the DC Office of the Chief Technology Officer (OCTO) hosted its fall Community Broadband Summit on November 5th. Together with developers, entrepreneurs, social innovators, policy makers, members of community institutions and concerned citizens, we explored the yet untapped power of broadband technology in the District.
