DC Public Library Sing, Talk & Read Family Festival will host hundreds of kids and families at the Deanwood Library and Recreation Center Saturday, September 7, the STAR Festival takes over the entire Deanwood Recreation Center. This event celebrates the importance of early literacy. The festival is a great opportunity to raise awareness about the community of support behind early education in Washington, D.C.
